Help keep regional baseball information useful, respectful and safe. Administrators publish all public content during beta; private submissions never appear automatically.

Respect people and privacy

• No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, impersonation or discriminatory abuse.
• No public minor contact information or direct adult-to-minor contact pathways.
• Do not share private addresses, school schedules, dates of birth or live travel details.
• Only share material you own or are authorized to provide. Identifiable youth content needs guardian authorization and administrator review.

Keep information trustworthy

Represent your role and organization honestly. Provide accurate dates and official source links. Disclose uncertainty and report outdated listings. Do not submit spam, deceptive claims, unrelated advertising or unauthorized provider exports. A claim request must not misrepresent authority over a club, team or provider.

Report concerns privately

Use Report or request removal to identify a listing and explain the concern without repeating sensitive youth details. Administrators may hold, decline, correct, archive or remove content. If a decision needs another look, send a private follow-up identifying the original page and reason. No outcome or turnaround is automatic.

Read our youth-safety guidance. The beta is not monitored for emergencies; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
