Adults manage contact

Private forms are for adults 18 or older. RMTB does not provide player-managed accounts, private messaging or a direct adult-to-minor contact route. An adult guardian or authorized organization representative should handle inquiries. Being listed is not a background check, endorsement or safety certification.

Protect youth information

Never publish a minor's phone number, email address, precise location, birth date, school schedule or live travel details. General team region and age division are enough for discovery. Guardian authorization and administrator review are required before identifiable youth information or images are published. Do not include identifiable youth images in a feedback screenshot.

Review before sharing

Confirm you are authorized to share an image and that the visible content is appropriate. Metadata removal does not remove faces, names, address labels or other information visible in pixels. Crop or redact screenshots before submitting them privately. Do not send identity documents, medical records or sensitive evidence through the beta.

Report a safety concern

Report content or request removal

Supply the affected page URL and a brief description without copying private youth details. For an immediate danger, contact local emergency services. RMTB's forms are not an emergency channel and are not monitored continuously. If you are under 18, ask a trusted adult to help report the issue instead of submitting personal information.
