Rocky Mountain Travel Baseball operates this read-only beta. Browsing does not require a public account. Private request forms are for adults 18 and older.
Information we receive
When you submit a request, we receive the adult name, email address, organization or role, page link, message, required confirmations and optional follow-up permission you provide. Feedback also includes browser information and window size, and may include an optional screenshot. Email addresses are not verified by the security check.
Do not submit a child's contact information, birth date, school schedule, home address, medical information or live travel details. Crop or redact visible personal information from screenshots. Uploaded screenshots are private and re-encoded to remove embedded image metadata; this cannot remove information visible in the image.
Purpose and access
We use requests to review claims, early-access interest, corrections and beta feedback. Submitting does not publish anything, create an account or grant control of a page. Authorized RMTB administrators can review requests and screenshots. Follow-up permission is optional and off by default. The beta has no advertising profiles, marketing signup or public messaging.
Cloudflare hosts the site, database and image storage, provides administrator Access sign-in and checks submissions with Turnstile. Security processing can include network and browser information. RMTB's form rate-limit records use a secret-keyed hash of the IP address rather than storing the raw IP in those records; this does not mean hosting security logs are anonymous. Administrator changes are audited.
Cookies and device storage
The application does not set advertising or analytics cookies or store form drafts in local storage. Cloudflare Access uses authentication cookies for administrators. Cloudflare security features may use security cookies depending on deployment settings. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Turnstile's privacy information. Blocking required security functionality can prevent sign-in or form submission.
The optional installed web app saves only the public interface and fixed brand assets in browser Cache Storage. It does not save API results, administrator pages, authentication routes, submitted requests or uploaded media for offline use. Current content needs a connection. Clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove the offline cache and cookies; signing out of Access ends your administrator session. Uninstalling alone may not clear all browser data.
Retention and your choices
Beta requests remain in private storage pending administrator review. Automatic request deletion and a fixed retention period are not implemented in this beta. You may ask RMTB to correct or remove your request, screenshot or published information through the removal process. Removal requires manual review; retained security/audit records and any protected backups may not disappear immediately. Do not send sensitive material you do not want retained for review.
Only necessary information should be supplied. External provider sites have their own privacy practices. This notice describes this beta, not a promise of anonymity or a certification of legal compliance. Before broader launch, RMTB must review retention, hosting settings and any newly enabled analytics or services and update this notice.
